How to measure

Take your favourite shirt and lay it flat.

1. Neck Base Circumference

Measure around the base of your neck where the collar sits.

2. Chest Circumference

Measure around the fullest part of the chest 2.5cm below the armholes.

3. Waist Circumference

Measure around the narrowest point of the shirt at the waist.

4. Sleeve length

Measure the centre back neck, along the shoulder top and down the edge of the sleeve cuff.
